Hello, I'm Becs and I feel so lucky to be involved in the funeral industry. People often expect it to be depressing and sad. It certainly has its moments, but, more often than not, it is loving and joyful, because its about remembering and celebrating someone's life.
I have the privilege of providing support and guidance, at a time when you are likely to need it the most. I will work with you to create a heartfelt service, that reflects the spirit and individuality, of your loved one, and help you, their family, friends and loved ones, to come together, for a meaningful goodbye.

A good funeral (yes, there is such a thing) is a critical part of the grieving process. It is often the moment – and sometimes the only opportunity – for those attending, to freely express and share their feelings. Doing so, can create meaningful memories of the person who has died.
The funeral I create for you, will help those who are part of it, to begin to assimilate the loss of their person and help them to begin to adjust to life, without the person they are mourning.

As every person is unique, the farewell I create for them will be unique too. A tailored ceremony, that celebrates the individuality of your loved one; their achievements; their relationships; their loves; and their quirks - all the things that made them, them.
Often, its including simple things, that makes the funeral feel 'right' for that person. It could be:
- their favourite song
- their favourite colour
- a poem or a passage from their favourite book or film
- a possession of theirs on the coffin or gifts for those
attending e.g. a packet of seeds, a badge, a bookmark etc. - a hymn or prayer they remember from school
- their favourite food, sweet or drink
- something that I, or the other mourners wear....
Whatever feels right for them and for you.
Most people spend between £200 and £350 on a Celebrant, depending on the venue and content and length of the ceremony.
